1. Nature of the service

meritelio.com is an informational website operated by a Collective Financing Institution authorised by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) under file F-25-1187/2025. Any investment operation is formalised exclusively through the private transactional platform, under a specific contract.

§ 02

2. Investment risks

Every real estate crowdlending operation involves risks, including partial or total loss of the capital contributed, payment delays, or borrower default. Target returns are estimates and constitute no guarantee. Meritelio does not provide personalised financial advice through this site.

§ 03

3. Permitted use

You may browse the site, download information and contact us through the enabled form. It is prohibited to: (i) use the site for unlawful activities, (ii) try to access restricted areas, (iii) reproduce content for commercial purposes without written authorisation.

§ 04

4. Intellectual property

The editorial text, visual identity, the name "Meritelio" and the site as a whole are the property of Meritelio Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.P.I. de C.V., protected by the Mexican Federal Copyright Law. Photographs of high-rises and residential buildings belong to their authors on Unsplash and are used under their respective licences.

§ 05

5. Anti-money laundering

Meritelio complies with the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin. To operate as an investor you must complete a KYC process inside the transactional platform.

6. Amendments

We may update these Terms to reflect regulatory changes or service improvements. The current version is published on this page with its corresponding date.

§ 07

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This document is governed by Mexican laws. For the interpretation and fulfilment of these Terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction.
