02 — The model

Real estate crowdlending in Mexico.

Modern residential building
Fig. 01 · Residencial · CDMX2026

Real estate crowdlending is a current, accessible way to take part in real estate projects without needing a large amount of capital. The model gathers many investors that contribute funds to finance developments tied to construction, property renovation or the creation of new urban spaces.

Through a digital platform, every person can review different opportunities, choose the project that best matches their goals and invest according to their own means. Pooled funds are directed to a specific initiative and, when the project reaches its milestones, the economic results are distributed among participants in proportion to their contribution.

In Mexico, where urban development, housing and the enhancement of properties remain areas of strong interest, crowdlending emerges as an alternative to bring the real estate market closer to more people. It is no longer a space reserved for construction firms, large investors or specialised funds.

This system allows you to take part in projects such as residential buildings, housing complexes, refurbishments, urban works or real estate ventures of different scales. Access to real estate becomes more flexible, open and adapted to different investment profiles.

  1. I

    You pick the project

You choose an available project on the platform with the full documentation: use of funds, estimated deadlines, participation conditions and construction status.

  2. II

    You set the ticket

You invest according to your means, starting from $1,500 MXN. You don't need to be an institutional investor to accompany urban development in Mexico.

  3. III

    You follow the progress

Every construction stage is recorded in your dashboard: photos, financial milestones and technical reports, with no hidden intermediaries between you and the building.

  4. IV

    You receive the yield

Once the project concludes or reaches its stated milestones, you receive the corresponding return based on your participation.

Extended reading

The process is simple: you select an available project on the platform, define the amount you want to invest and follow the progress of the development from a digital environment. There you'll find information on the use of funds, estimated deadlines, conditions of participation and the state of the works.

Once the project concludes or reaches its stated milestones, you receive the corresponding return based on your participation. Real estate crowdlending combines technology, collaborative investment and simplified access to opportunities in the property market.

More than a passing trend, this model reflects a new way to invest in real estate in Mexico. Its main value is democratising access to projects that used to be out of reach for the individual investor.
