Full Privacy Notice
Meritelio Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Meritelio", "we"), with offices at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 24, Col. Juárez, 06600, Mexico City, is the data controller for your personal data, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, both in force in 2026.
§ 01
1. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily give us through the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message. When you browse the site, and only if you grant consent in the cookie banner, we may collect anonymised digital identifiers (for example, Google Ads and GA4 IDs).
§ 02
2. Primary purposes
We use your personal data to respond to your request, evaluate your profile as a potential investor, send you information about active projects and comply with the obligations that the Fintech Law and the CNBV impose on Collective Financing Institutions.

3. Secondary purposes
With your explicit consent, we may use your data to (i) send you an editorial newsletter, (ii) invite you to in-person events in Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara, (iii) run internal statistical research. You can opt out of these purposes at any time by writing to privacidad@meritelio.com.
§ 04
4. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We only share it with: (i) technology providers acting under a data processing agreement (Google LLC for analytics and advertising, Amazon Web Services for hosting), (ii) competent authorities when there is a legal request.

5. ARCO rights and revocation
You may exercise your rights to Access, Rectify, Cancel and Object, as well as revoke your consent, by emailing privacidad@meritelio.com with a copy of an official ID. We will reply within a maximum of twenty business days.
§ 06
6. Retention
We keep your data for the strictly necessary time to fulfil the declared purposes and, when applicable, for the periods required by Mexican tax and financial regulations (up to ten years for investment operations).

7. Cookies and consent
We apply Google Consent Mode v2 with an initial denied state. You can review the details in our Cookie Policy and change your choice from the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer.
